L’assoluta sobrietà dello spazio espositivo esalta l’ampiezza di gamma e le peculiarità dei legni ALPI. Frutto di un affascinante processo produttivo, dove una materia viva come illegnosi esalta attraverso tecnologie innovative e l’importante eredità manifatturiera: ALPI scompone e ricompone il legno di Pioppo, Tiglio o Ayous, tutti di origine controllata, in infinite essenze, finiture e decori attraverso un particolare processo che sfoglia il legno, lo tinge per immersione; infine, sovrapponendone i fogli tinti
ricrea un nuovo tronco.
The absolute simplicity of the exhibition space enhances the breadth of the range and the peculiarities of the ALPI woods. The result of a fascinating production process, where a living material is illegally exalted through innovative technologies and the important manufacturing heritage: ALPI decomposes and recomposes the wood of poplar, in infinite essences, finishes and decorations through a particular process that leafs through the wood, tinges it by immersion; finally, overlapping the dyed sheets recreates a new trunk.
